Why we built this
Self-managing a rental property in Queensland is genuinely complex. Between the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act, RTA forms, bond lodgements, routine inspections, maintenance records, and end-of-tenancy procedures — there's a lot to keep track of.
Most landlords either pay a property manager a significant ongoing fee, or try to manage everything across a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and paper forms. Neither approach is ideal.
